PARKING INFORMATION

• Parking Garage Rates
  Please bring your parking ticket inside the Mall; and park in our Cityside or Stateside garage up to 3 hours for $1 - no validation necessary.

  Parking garages are open 24 hours a day/7 days a week.
  
  

• Please see below for a detailed description of our new Central Cashiering process to pay for parking before existiting the Mall.
• You can pay your parking with either Cash, Visa, Mastercard, America Express, Discover, or personal check.
• Matching photo ID required if paying by personal check.

  Providence Place Parking Rates:
  0-3 hours: $1
  3-4 hours: $5
  4-5 hours: $7
  5-8 hours: $10
  8-20 hours: $20
  20-24 hours: $25

  If you park longer than 24 hours, the cost would be $25 plus any additional hours (please follow the hourly rates above).

• How and Where To Pay Your Parking
  Please pay for parking inside the mall; making exiting quicker and more efficient.

  After your stay is done, visit one of our three kiosks, or nine automated pay stations, to pay for your parking.

  Kiosk Locations:
  • Level 1 Stateside (near the garage entrance)
  • Level 1 Cityside (near the garage entrance)
  • Level 3 Cityside (near the garage entrance)

  Automated Pay Station Locations:
  • Entrance to Nordstrom from the parking garage, level 1
  • Entrance to JCPenney from the parking garage, level 1
  • Entrance to Macy’s from the parking garage, level 1
  • 1 Station on Level 1 Cityside (near entrance to garage)
  • 2 Stations on Level B Cityside (near security office)
  • 2 Stations on Level B Stateside (near Border’s)
  • Level 3 outside of food court

• Amtrak Train Service
  The Amtrak Train Station is located directly across the street from Providence Place and provides service to and from major cities in the United States.

  The MBTA Commuter Rail provides service to and from Massachusetts, including Boston. The Commuter Rail pick-up/drop-off is the AMTRAK station, located directly across the street from Providence Place.
